These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of AI Seller Assistant (sellerassistant.io), operated by EI-Etien Kumshatskyi (SIRET: 10406891100015, Place de la Rodade, 63630 Saint-Germain-l’Herm, France). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
2. Service Description
AI Seller Assistant provides AI tools for e-commerce resellers and collectors, including listing generation, pricing evaluation, and image and video generation. It relies on third-party AI models, such as Google and Kie.ai, and operates on an “Energy” credit system.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account and all activities carried out through it.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to generate fraudulent listings, sell illegal goods, or use the Service for deceptive practices on marketplaces.
5. Intellectual Property
You own the creative outputs generated for you, including listings, photos, and videos. We retain all rights to the platform and its underlying technology.
6. AI Limitations
AI-generated content, including pricing estimates and antique evaluations, may contain errors. You must verify all details before publishing on marketplaces such as eBay, Etsy, or Vinted. We are not responsible for marketplace account restrictions or financial losses.
7. Billing & Energy
Use of the Service consumes Energy from Main and Daily Bonus balances. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Daily bonus Energy does not expire, but it is refilled only after the existing bonus balance has been completely depleted.
8. Data Retention
Generated images and videos are stored for up to 30 days. You must download any items you wish to keep.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is strictly limited to the amount you paid during the three months preceding the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France.
