Delete your AI Seller Assistant account

You can permanently delete your account either in the Android app or on this website.

From the Android app

  1. 1Open AI Seller Assistant and sign in.
  2. 2Open the account menu, then Account settings.
  3. 3Tap Delete account.
  4. 4Read the warning, continue, enter DELETE, and confirm.

From the website

Data that is deleted

  • —Your account and profile
  • —Uploaded photographs
  • —Valuation and listing history
  • —Generated photographs, videos, and social posts
  • —Energy balance and operational history

Data that is retained

Only minimized accounting records for completed payments are retained for 10 years from the transaction date, as required by French accounting law. They are separated from the deleted account and are not used to recreate it.

Delete individual valuations and photos

You can also delete a single valuation with its photos and generated content, without deleting your account.

How to delete one valuation

  1. 1Sign in to your account.
  2. 2Open “My listings”.
  3. 3Open the valuation you want to remove.
  4. 4Tap “Delete”.
  5. 5Confirm the deletion.

What is deleted with the valuation

  • —The product photos you uploaded for it
  • —The generated title
  • —The generated description
  • —The generated keywords
  • —The generated listing parameters
  • —The price estimate

What is kept

Your account, your energy balance, and your payment history are not affected. Only minimal accounting records for completed payments are retained for 10 years from the transaction date, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Deleting a valuation is irreversible. Once confirmed, the valuation and its files cannot be restored.

If deletion does not work

Email support@sellerassistant.io from the address linked to your account. We will help verify and complete the request.
