eBay, Etsy, Vinted, Avito, OLX, Allegro, Aukro, Bazos, Kleinanzeigen, leboncoin, Subito, Wallapop and Violity are currently supported. For each, the header restrictions, parameters, currency, and accepted style are taken into account. The same product for eBay and Vinted will be described differently.

What languages does the service work in?

The interface and announcements are available in twelve languages: English, French, Russian, Spanish, Italian, German, Polish, Ukrainian, Slovak, Czech, Dutch and Danish. The language of the ad is selected separately from the interface language.

Can I edit my finished listing?

Yes, and that's a normal part of the job. You know about things that are not visible in the photo: where you bought them, how they were used, whether there is a native box or documents. Add this to make your listing more compelling.

How many photos to upload and how to shoot to make the assessment accurate?

The quality of the assessment depends almost entirely on what the service sees. Remove the item from all sides in daylight, against a calm background, and in focus. Show stamps, stamps, signatures, labels, serial numbers and all defects: scratches, chips, cracks, stains, repairs or missing parts. An honestly shown defect helps to set the right price and avoid disputes.

The real deal depends on the site, the region, the season and the patience of the seller. For insurance, inheritance or expensive antiques, an in-person examination is required.

Do I need to create an account?

Accepted Answer

No, you can try it right away. Without enrollment, two assessments per day are available. You need an account to save your listing history, store energy, and enjoy advanced features.

What is energy?

Accepted Answer

This is an internal flow unit. A standard rating costs 5 energy, a showcase photo costs 10, a standard promotional video costs 35, and a social media post costs 7. Different operations consume different amounts of computation.

What does the Premium subscription offer?

Premium gives 1000 energy per month and a daily bonus, stronger models, up to 15 photos in high quality, six styles of showcase photos, product videos, social media posts and work without ads. It costs €9.90 per month and can be canceled at any time.

Can I buy energy without a subscription?

Yes. One-time energy packages do not burn out and do not require a subscription. This is convenient if you sell irregularly.

What happens to the unspent energy?

The energy purchased in packages remains on the balance. The monthly stock of Premium is updated with the start of a new period, and the daily bonus is updated every day.

Why do you need an app for Android?

For the sake of the camera. In the app, you can take a photo of the item and immediately send the photos for evaluation without saving them to the gallery. When there are a lot of things, it significantly saves time. The account is shared between the app and the browser.

Why is there advertising in the app and not in the browser?

Advertising helps you keep your tier free. In the app, a short video can be shown during generation while the service prepares the ad. Premium subscribers have no ads.

Is it possible to get energy for viewing ads?

Yes, in the Android app. For each fully viewed video, 1 energy is accrued, up to 20 accruals per day. This is an opportunity to exchange some time for energy.

What's going on with my photos?

These are used to analyze the item and prepare the listing. We do not publish or sell them. For users with an account, the snapshots are stored along with the rating history so that they can be revisited and deleted. You can learn more about this in our privacy policy.

Can I delete my account and all data?

Accepted Answer

Yes, deleting your account removes your rating history, uploaded photos, and generated content. Save the required materials in advance — you can't restore them after deleting them.
