Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how EI-Etien Kumshatskyi (Entrepreneur individuel), acting on behalf of AI Seller Assistant (“we”, “our” or “us”) and operating sellerassistant.io, collects, uses and protects your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and process information in strict accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we collect

  • Credentials: email address and profile name (if logged in with Google or Apple). We do not store passwords.
  • Financial data: We do not store bank card numbers. Transactions are processed by our secure partner, Stripe.
  • User Content: uploaded photographs of items, text prompts, generated descriptions and media files.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and platform usage statistics.

3. Purposes of data processing

Your data is used to provide access to assessment functionality, send system notifications and, with your explicit consent, for analytics.

4. Transfer of data to third parties

  • Secure Cloud Infrastructure (via Lovable): Secure storage of data, photos and generation results is carried out on secure servers of the cloud infrastructure of the Lovable platform.
  • Stripe: payment processing.
  • AI model providers (Google Cloud, Kie.ai): We use secure gateways to process your photos and texts (Gemini, Nano Banana, MiniMax H3). Neither we nor our partners use your data to train underlying neural networks without specific consent.

5. Cross-border data transfer

Some of the infrastructure is located outside the EEA. The transfer is carried out in accordance with the GDPR using standard contractual clauses (SCC).

6. Data storage and protection

Account data is retained while your account is active. When you delete the account, profile data and user content are deleted immediately. Only minimized accounting records for completed payments are retained for 10 years from each transaction date, as required by French accounting law.

7. Use of Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and marketing/analytics cookies (only after you confirm in the Cookie Preferences window).

8. Advertising in the Android app

In the AI Seller Assistant mobile app for Android, advertising is delivered through Unity LevelPlay (formerly ironSource), a service of Unity Technologies, which acts as an independent data controller for the data it processes for advertising purposes.

To deliver ads, the Android advertising identifier (Advertising ID) is used, together with technical data: device type, operating system version, approximate country-level location and IP address.

This data is used to display ads, measure their performance and prevent fraud.

You can refuse personalised advertising by turning off marketing cookies in the site settings, and by resetting or deleting the advertising identifier in your Android settings.

If you refuse, advertising will still be shown, but it will not be personalised.

Unity privacy policy

Watching an advertisement grants internal energy. To prevent abuse, an anonymous app installation identifier and your account identifier are recorded. These data are not shared with advertising networks and are used solely to count daily limits.

9. Your rights and contacts

You have the right to access the data, correct it, completely delete your account and withdraw your consent to cookies.
